When to trust your gut

Recall a recent choice you made where you instantly followed your instincts, gut, or intuition, making a decision without thinking it through....

Were your expectations met?

Did a situation take your focus off what you needed to dot?

Do you find yourself looking back with any regrets?

When it comes to trusting my intuition completely, I’ve found that it only happens when it whispers, shouts, or even screams “No.”

Disregarding your intuition’s warning of “No” can lead to dangerous outcomes.

Knowing how and when to say “Yes, please.” or “No, thank you.” is a life affirming. Deciding to remove “Maybe” from your vocabulary lets you embrace your values, growing forward towards fulfilling your vision and optimising your potential.
