Meet the Team

  • Lynnclaire Dennis

Lynnclaire’s incredible journey to help unfold the transformative potential of the Mereon Matrix, has led to a template that ‘inpowers’ and liberates humanity to free themselves from ignorance and bias. Her close friend, colleague, and co-author, the renowned mathematician and knot theorist Louis H. Kauffman, wholeheartedly endorses her as a transdisciplinary scientist and a gifted facilitator. He regards her as an invaluable and irreplaceable asset due to her understanding of this complex matrix and her exceptional ability to seamlessly and simply use it to bridge diverse domains.

Co-founder of The Mereon Legacy CIC, a nonprofit organisation, Lynnclaire embodies the spirit of a lifelong learner, deeply understanding why learning entails remembering, unlearning, and relearning. She has long realised that this template offers a universal model that enables individuals to address both personal and global challenges by fostering cooperation, ultimately leading to innovation. This is why in addition to her leadership of the science team, she dedicates time and energy to developing social projects aimed at enhancing inner- and interpersonal relationships.

While Lynnclaire considers herself, as well as each of us, a global citizen, she holds a special place in her heart for Spain where she is a permanent resident. Nestled in the Sierra de Tejeda in Southern Spain, home a place of pure bliss, a refuge she shares with her beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Sibi (also known as Houdini); Pisa, a wise feline; and the cherished family of the heart who love to visit.

  • Peter A. McNair

Peter is co-Founder and Director of Administration for the Mereon Legacy CIC. He has been involved with this work since 2001, and became a principle investigator in 2011. His background is as a physician with 30 years of management in medium-size, health organisations with responsibility for 100-200 employees performing mission-critical services 24-hours a day in a university hospital with 1,000 beds. During this time he witnessed and was affected by poorly implemented organisational change and technological challenges.

He states, “My experience and that of other colleagues affirm that there is a tremendous need for means to support all levels of staff in safely attending to change. Lynnclaire’s unique and rigorous model of organisational development has more than once helped me grasp the wholeness of a situation, enabling me to attend to it in a constructive fashion, assuring employees’ confidence before and during the change process. With her assistance, I have applied this process in several organizational settings, as well as using it to make significant personal career transitions. I strongly support this work, and will continue my engagement both personally and professionally. This work has demonstrated benefits, and make taking it to ‘the next level’ worth striving, doing so for the sake of the future.”

Peter’s passion is sailing, being ‘Bestefar’ —grandpa— to eight amazing kids, and living life with his wife Jytte on a beautiful lake outside Copenhagen, Denmark.

  • Jytte Brender McNair

Since learning of the Mereon Matrix in 2000, Jytte has been immersed, quickly realising both her natural and educational competencies were exactly what was needed. Jytte’s 2006 book, ‘A Handbook of Evaluation Methods for Health Informatics,’ earned her respect and recognition for her system’s thinking. It remains a cornerstone resource for constructive IT-based solution evaluations. Her education includes an M.Sc. in biochemistry; an M.Sc. in computer science; a Ph.D. in Medical Informatics, and a European Doctorate, yet she thrives in the realm of human-centred perspectives. Her quest was - and remains - applying the dynamic Mereon template to different scientific domains, seeking to determine if the process enhanced the current understanding of the structural logic underlying systems. In 2015, Jytte undertook an ambitious endeavour: to apply the forms and function of the Mereon Matrix as a universal template. Her book, ‘A Unifying Theory of Evolution Generated by Means of Information Modelling,’ primarily caters to evolutionary biologists and scientists hailing from diverse disciplines seeking fresh perspectives on understanding the natural world. A large part of the book is accessible to a general audience, offering insight to individuals interested in exploring natural phenomena.

Jytte is the proud mother of two daughters and a loving grandmother to eight. She lives with her husband, Peter, in the idyllic outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

  • Corinne Harmon

Corinne comes to the Mereon Academy with the openness essential to genuine lifelong learning. An educator for over 40-years, she is currently Associate Director of the Bachelor of Innovation (BI) degree program at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA, grateful to be teaching remotely from her home in Durango, Colorado.

Serving as a professor, in administrative roles, and a long time stint as school superintendent, her commitment to creativity and lifelong learning is visible in everything she does. Together with Lynnclaire, Corinne began growing her understanding of the Mereon Method when they co-taught the Capstone course for undergraduate students in the BI program. Using the Mereon method to build self-awareness, learners then flipped the process to form self-organising teams. Success was realised by all as students applied their core strengths and took on unique roles.

The experience catalysed a deeper self-awareness, with a new and genuine sense of authenticity arising as the students prepared to make the life-changing transition from higher education into the ‘real’ world.

  • David Michael Tardy

Our cooperation with David is truly High Play, every original composition resonating with Mereon. His rich genetic tapestry — Lakota, Filipino, and Polynesian — weave clearly in the harmonies of his music. Our shared intention is to help you regenerate the light of understanding, compassion, and acceptance in yourself. David is an honours graduate and instructor for 8-years at the world renowned The Institute of Audio Research. Composing original music since the late ’80’s, music industry professionals today define him as “prolific” and “clairaudient”. A few of the many organisations he’s composed national television spots for include; Ferrari; WWE; 60 Minutes; the BBC, SAS Australia; The Amazing Race Australia; and Lego Masters. He also composes original music for Licensing Companies worldwide, such as: Gothic Storm Music; Warner Chappell Production Music; SBRMX; Tonal Chaos Music & Sound Design; Audio Attack; and Atom Music Audio. David’s recent movie trailer placements include: 20th Century Studio’s “Prey”; Warner Bros. Pictures’ “MATRIX RESURRECTIONS”; and “WOMEN OF THE WHITE BUFFALO”. Incredibly, David plays what he hears, and neither reads nor writes music. A composition simply arrives complete, expressing our deep connections without saying a word. He plays the Native American Flute and what emerges is the breath of intention, an extension of his being, body to spirit. “Whatever ‘gifts’ people say I possess do not belong to me. I’m a vessel, hollow bone, a messenger who steps aside and allows it to happen.”

We are thrilled to fuse David’s music with knowledge that helps you choose to harness the willingness to generate the harmony that turns on your inner lights. Listening that transforms to hearing will guide you towards self-understanding and self-acceptance, opening the realisation that you are connected with everything.

David and his partner, Bluebird, live in Virginia, USA.
